From Anxiety to Trust: Turning worry into peace

O Lord, my heart trembles with fear,  
My mind is restless, burdened with care.  
Waves of worry crash and swell,  
Yet in Your hands, all is well.  

You call me out upon the deep,  
To trade my fear for perfect peace.  
Your voice, a whisper in the night,  
Calms my soul, restores my sight.  

The world may shake, the storms may rise,  
But You are God, forever wise.  
You hold the stars, You name the seas,  
Yet still, You bend Your ear to me.  

I cast my burdens at Your throne,  
For I am Yours, not on my own.  
Your love, my refuge, strong and sure,  
My anxious heart finds rest secure.  

So I will trust and not be swayed,  
Your faithfulness will never fade.  
My soul will sing, my heart will praise,  
For You, O Lord, sustain my days.
