A Deeper Exploration of Genesis

Genesis is more than the opening book of the Bible; it is the foundation upon which the entire biblical narrative rests. This sacred text unveils the story of creation, humanity’s purpose, the tragedy of sin, and the promise of redemption. The Author of Genesis

The authorship of Genesis is traditionally attributed to Moses, the great prophet and leader of Israel. According to biblical tradition, Moses received divine revelation and compiled the Pentateuch (the first five books of the Bible) under God’s guidance. His unique position as the mediator of the covenant at Mount Sinai and his intimate relationship with God allowed him to convey the foundational truths of creation, humanity’s fall, and the covenantal promises.
